Rainguard Roofing is owned by State Certified Home Inspector, Roof and General Contractor, Tim Patten. 

Tim Patten has spent more than 25 years of his life working in the home inspection and in the roofing business, so he is more than qualified to offer professional advice about home repair and maintenance.Tim has assembled a professional team of home inspectors and roofing crew,  who meet the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations’ requirements for certification and education. Tim believes in offering the best customer service and in building trusting relationships with his clients. Tim has brought together the best in the business to create his dream. Though he takes pride in all aspects of roofing and inspecting, working and living on the coast has lead to a passion for quick, efficient, and transparent repairs to  damaged homes.
